Aroma Training is a form of high intensity interval training (HIIT), designed as a strength and conditioning workout performed using functional movements. Our workouts are strutted around three basic components: Aerobic Exercise, Resistance Training, and Gymnastics Conditioning. Performed in a measurable exercise session, the mixture of these three fundamentals allow the movements to be adapted to fit everyone’s needs; whether it is to gain muscle, loose weight or live a healthier lifestyle, our program is made to adjust to the individual and allow you to monitor your progress.

BEGINNER'S COURSE

1 HOUR

4-6 PRIVATE CLASSES

SLOW PACED

Beginner’s course is an introductory program made up of 4 to 6 private sessions with one of our coaches to learn the fundamental movements used in all of our classes. Each session is an hour long and designed to move at a slower pace to focus on in-depth instruction of a variety of exercises for a deeper comprehension of our three main components; Aerobic Exercise, Resistance Training, and Gymnastics Conditioning.

Open gym is a dedicated free time to our gymnasium for all competitive or advance athletes that follow their own workout program, or for experience athletes that want to add exercise before or after our classes. The open hours allows access to all of our facility and state-of-the-art equipment from Xenios USA and Concept 2. 

JUNIOR TRAINING

8 - 15 YEAR OLDS

Junior Training is an adaptation of our Aroma Training program for younger athletes, geared towards specific developmental needs of pre-adolescents and adolescent children. Performed as a form of high intensity interval training, the class is designed to create a safe, comfortable and enthusiastic environment for a younger community led  by certified coaches with Bachelor degrees in Sport and Exercise Science.

Hybrid Training is a dynamic fitness training regimen that focuses on improving functional fitness and endurance through a combination of high-intensity workouts. The program combines mono-structural movements with strength exercises, to create a workout that involves multiple forms of cardio, such as running, and different functional movements, such as wall balls and burpees. It is designed to build cardio-vascular resistance and better aerobic fitness.

Functional bodybuilding is a program designed to develop motor control, strength, and hypertrophy, using a combination of traditional bodybuilding exercises, mobility, and full, rounded movements. Our yoga program is structured to build on cardiorespiratory fitness, muscle strength and endurance, flexibility and balance. Performed through slow paced, low intensity workouts using light weights or body-weight only movements, yoga is a variety of posed-structured exercises, and functions as both a physical mobility workout and a mental de-stressing discipline, to bring balance and strength to the body and mind.
