Aroma Training is a form of high intensity interval training (HIIT), designed as a strength and conditioning workout performed using functional movements. Our workouts are strutted around three basic components: Aerobic Exercise, Resistance Training, and Gymnastics Conditioning. Performed in a measurable exercise session, the mixture of these three fundamentals allow the movements to be adapted to fit everyone’s needs; whether it is to gain muscle, loose weight or live a healthier lifestyle, our program is made to adjust to the individual and allow you to monitor your progress.

Beginner’s course is an introductory program made up of 4 to 6 private sessions with one of our coaches to learn the fundamental movements used in all of our classes. Each session is an hour long and designed to move at a slower pace to focus on in-depth instruction of a variety of exercises for a deeper comprehension of our three main components; Aerobic Exercise, Resistance Training, and Gymnastics Conditioning.

Junior Training is an adaptation of our Aroma Training program for younger athletes, geared towards specific developmental needs of pre-adolescents and adolescent children. Performed as a form of high intensity interval training, the class is designed to create a safe, comfortable and enthusiastic environment for a younger community led by certified coaches with Bachelor degrees in Sport and Exercise Science.
